Rates
- Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $79.
- $9.95 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $79.
Processing and delivery times Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We ship directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, so delivery times vary by product:
- Most items (beds, mats, hammocks, fountains): 7–15 business days
- Feeders and smart devices: 10–20 business days
- Self-cleaning litter boxes (bulky freight): 2–4 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods or customs processing. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels at no additional cost.
Tracking A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to update after dispatch.
Delivery areas We currently deliver within Australia only. We are unable to deliver bulky items to parcel lockers.
Lost or undelivered parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. Parcels confirmed lost in transit will be replaced or refunded in full.
