Orders & shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most items arrive within 7–15 business days. Self-cleaning litter boxes are bulky freight and take 2–4 weeks. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Is shipping free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on all Australian orders over $79. Orders under $79 ship for a flat $9.95.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be changed, but you can return it under our 30-day policy.
Returns & warranty
What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange. Faulty items are covered under Australian Consumer Law — see our Refund & Returns Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — no need to post anything back.
Product questions
Will the SmartServe feeder work with Australian power?
Yes. It's powered by USB-C, so it works with any standard USB wall adapter or power bank. It also takes 4 × AA batteries as a backup in case of a power cut.
How often do I replace the FreshFlow fountain filter?
Every 2–4 weeks for one cat, more often in multi-cat homes. Rinse the bowl and pump weekly.
What litter does the PurePod self-cleaning box use?
Any clumping litter — bentonite (clay), tofu or mixed clumping litters all work. Non-clumping crystal or pine litters won't sift correctly.
Is the PurePod safe for kittens?
We recommend it for cats over 1.5 kg and older than six months so the safety sensors can reliably detect them.
Which size CloudNest bed should I buy?
M (50 cm) suits most adult cats; L (60 cm) if your cat likes to stretch out or weighs over 5 kg. When in doubt, size up.
Will the Sunny Perch hammock hold a large cat?
Yes, when mounted on clean, smooth glass. Choose the Square 60 × 36 cm for larger breeds and re-seat the suction cups monthly.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
