Orders over $79: FREE standard shipping
Orders under $79: $9.95 flat rate

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Because we ship directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, delivery times vary by product:

Most items (beds, mats, hammocks, fountains): 7–15 business days
Feeders and smart devices: 10–20 business days
Self-cleaning litter boxes (bulky freight): 2–4 weeks

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels — at no extra cost to you.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show its first scan after dispatch.

Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, peak periods, customs checks). If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window above, contact us and we'll chase it up for you straight away.
